The SPEG-240 Vertical Form fill and seal machine is priced to suit the budget for pouch speed of up to 50ppm as proven in site. It is equipped with well known brands such as schneider, Omron, delta… and Festo, SMC Pneumatic and bearing components. The machine is constructed in stainless steel and the latest Schneider PLC and HMI. The program offers many optional functions for use with the recipe to cover a range of VFFS.

The Pouch former (Collar) is manufactured in our factory to the same standards we done for 7 years. The former is easily removable for quick changeover and adjustment. The SPEG-240 uses a Manual and motorised rear carriage for film adjustment, positioning and tracking over the pouch Collar. The machine is safeguarded standards using door guards with interlocks of dual coded non-contact switches.

The Pneumatic drive are used to manage the film pull down and replacing the old brake and clutch drive systems.

The end seal jaws also use the Pneumatic or Panasonic servo motor drive technology for advanced motion control. The result is better sealing integrity and consistency with controlled torque and end seal force. It provides for higher speed and consistent cycle time per each Pouch.

The SPEG-240 VFFS can be upgraded for special applications that include a retro fitted zip applicator, larger than standard thermal transfer printer and more. The small footprint can and large flat bag size up to 240mm can means it can replace most old Vertical Form Fill and Seal machines with ease or be installed as a complete turnkey line ready to serve.
